 The set up crew will assemble the molds and caulk all the joints. A release agent is then applied in order to reduce concrete adhesion to the molds.

The steel reinforcing is constructed in the steel shop and delivered and placed into the molds. All lifting devices, connection inserts, and panel hardware are set in the mold. This construction and assembly is achieved from the piece details and is performed in strict accordance with PCI standards.

The molds are then cleaned of debris, inspected by quality control, and released to be poured.
